Great workout today! Tire flips kill me. But I ran for 40 seconds! And I didn’t even take a break. It’s a big deal for me. When I started running, I did 15 seconds every 4 minutes with multiple breaks. Now I’m doing 40 every 2 minutes! I’m pretty excited. Thinking about going to bootcamp tonight, but my muscles say no.
